I can't .....
I can't do a push up on my toes.
I can't do a pull up.
I can't hold a handstand
I can't do a toe to bar
I can't do double unders
I can't do Fran in less than 6 minutes
I can't run a sub 9 minute mile
I can't do a muscle up
I can't complete Isabel.....
Why do we worry about the can't? Defeat enters our mind everyday in some fashion.
Whether be in the morning while we try to get our kids off to school on time; repair a mutilated ACL; achieve a 30 on the ACT.
You know what....we can.
We do it everyday.
I can be a good husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter
I can love my kids unconditionally
I can do my job to the best of my ability
I can be a friend
I can say hi to a stranger each day, because I should
I can make someone smile on a day where it's hard to
I can make it to the gym and give my 100%
I can laugh
I can love
There is no need to worry about all the can't in our days when there is so much can.
We are constantly comparing our Chapter 1 with someone else's Chapter 10.
